The size of this product will not fit into a Flat Rate Box, therefore, any order with this product included in it cannot be shipped via USPS Flat Rate even though it may come up as an option. In the event you select the incorrect shipping option your entire order will be cancelled and if a paypal payment was sent it will be refunded.

If any bottles are broken or missing, replacements will be sent with your next order(you must order within 3 months). Just email within 5 days of receiving order with the type of bottle. You may be asked to provide pictures of the breakage.
